SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Product Manager to carry the voice of the customer through to the delivery team. You will work toclarify, scope, & test features that will bring greater value and quicker adoption to users. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, organized, and collaborative team member. You will joina growing Product Management team that works closely with Product leadership to ensure that delivery of the roadmap aligns with customer & market demands.
LOCATION:
This role can work remotely withing the US. WizeHive does not provide visa sponsorship at this time.
THIS ROLE WILL:
- Have strategic and tactical ownership of the roadmap and agile backlogs
- Drive requirements and user stories feeding into sprints
- Manage product defect resolutions for run the business activities (bug backlog)
- Develop, gain buy-in and execute ongoing product roadmap
- Take all steps needed to deliver a quality product
- Work closely with the broader team and represent Product across the organization
- Develop and own KPIs related to product performance
- Gain a deep understanding of competition and grant management space
- Solicit and manage incoming sources of feedback and requests
- Communicate exceptionally
- Understand the big picture - it’s crucial to consider how our products work together to solve customer problems
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE:
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to execute the WizeHive product strategies.
- Focus on the details - especially with regards to digesting feedback, writing user stories, grooming the backlog, and performing user acceptance testing.
- Support customer research practice to gain insights that inform product roadmap.
- Work with a distributed, global team of developers to deliver impactful features.
- Optimize our development cycles by driving adoption of features and collecting client feedback.
- Support management of internal and external stakeholder expectations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 5+ years product management experience launching and iterating on enterprise products
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and persuasion skills.
- A proactive, positive, can-do attitude. You drive features to completion and are always looking for new ways that processes and products can be improved.
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and balance multiple initiatives.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or Productboard, SQL
SALARY RANGE:
$110,000 - $140,000
