Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience as Product Manager of a mobile application;
— Have launched multiple mobile applications through iOS and GooglePlay;
— Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements;
— Experience with human-centric gamification design frameworks (ex. Octalysis);
— Strong experience in user testing and interviewing, ability to identify “red flags”
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
— Experience in content writing;
— Strong knowledge of Mobile Software Development Lifecycle;
— Excellent teamwork skills;
— Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;

As a plus:

— Experience in game development;
— Experience with chat-based user interfaces;
— Experience with Flutter UI Toolkit

Responsibilities:

— Drive the development of our mobile application;
— Wear multiple hats including scrum master;
— Interview users;
— Create content;
— Work with the business team to define the product strategy and roadmap;
— Deliver Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding justification;
— Coordinate app functionality with our clinical and AI team;
— Be an expert with respect to the competition and the market;
— Act as a leader within the company;
