Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced B2B2C product marketer to join our Marketing team at an exciting time for our organization: the launch of digital product solutions facilitating immersive experiences for end users through the integration of Exos coaches, training plans, live and on demand content, and the member community.

As Product Marketing Manager, you will help define product marketing strategy and tactics, and be responsible for day-to-day management of integrated member marketing strategies to meet our bold business objectives. This role will lead key product marketing efforts for our new digital solutions, serving some of the world’s largest companies.

The ideal candidate must possess strong technical product marketing knowledge, have a proven track record of being data-driven, optimizing a full member marketing funnel from acquiring new users into products, driving user engagement, and supporting member retention and referral efforts. You will also demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally playing a central and foundational role at the intersection of the Marketing, Product, Data, Content/Programming, and Exos teams at participating companies.
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work cross-functionally across the company, including with Product, Data, Comms, Creative, Social, Partnerships, and more to shape and evolve our product marketing strategy, and promote a test and learn mindset among the broader team.
  • Serve as a partner and evangelist, driving member marketing strategies for Exos Digital products.
  • Be a power user and go-to resource on our product marketing tech stack, including Hubspot and platforms like Iterable to drive user engagement through personalization.
  • Define metrics, use data and relevant toolsets for rapid experimentation of tactics, messaging and targeting to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Own the development of the product positioning and messaging that articulates the best value proposition and product narrative in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
  • Iterate on consumer segments and user personas for our product solutions and ensure engagement campaigns are personalized to meet their needs.
  • Support the planning, execution, and marketing budget needed to drive product awareness, adoption and engagement within participating companies.
  • Maintain expertise on products and technologies in the human performance and whole-human wellness categories.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience (B2B2C)
  • Proven success launching and/or scaling digital and mobile products
  • Fluent in digital marketing strategies and acquisition and eCRM platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics; Google Tag Manager; Braze or similar platforms; Typeform; Hubspot
  • Consumer-obsessed and detail-oriented, continuously seeking ways to better understand and serve the customer needs by refining or product or better storytelling
  • A self-starter with incredible work ethic and passion for product marketing
  • Able to effectively simplify and synthesize data to inform decision-making
  • A background and/or interest in wellbeing, sports, fitness or performance lifestyle pursuits a plus
