ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Product Marketer, you will be responsible for driving the success of Kibo’s three product lines: Order Management, eCommerce and Subscription Commerce. This includes developing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, creating marketing collateral and sales enablement materials, and working closely with the sales, customer success, and product teams. You should have excellent communication and management skills, as well as a strong curiosity about the industry and a passion for helping customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Bring new product features to market through creation and management of GTM strategy and launch plans, messaging, positioning, and storytelling/enablement initiatives
- Support full-funnel initiatives with content and copy including case studies, ebooks, blogs, press releases, ad copy, landing pages, website pages, data sheets, and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain internal and external competitive resources such as battle cards, one pagers, and blogs that differentiate Kibo
- Drive win/loss program through interviews with customers, prospects and partners and use feedback to inform positioning, enable GTM teams and to develop persona-specific case studies, testimonials, and proof points
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, partner teams, and external stakeholders to bring our customer (and prospective customer) stories full-circle
- Refine content for SEO improvement and work with demand generation and content marketing to ensure alignment across channels.
- Build thought leadership by staying up to date with analyst and industry research to become a digital commerce expert and present findings/ recommendations to improve full-funnel initiatives on a quarterly basis
- Define and manage a weekly product marketing calendar to track and execute against deliverables with monitoring and reporting of quarterly outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B enterprise technology required
- A passion for learning, asking questions, and needing to understand why.
- A storyteller at heart. Excellent oral and written communication. Especially when it comes to producing materials for our sales and marketing organizations
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to synthesize.
- Talent for building consultative and collaborative relationships with diverse internal stakeholders as well as external customers and partners.
- Ability to understand and distill product capabilities into key customer requirements
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to be flexible
- Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, humble, hard-working and has a can-do attitude
