Your role:

We are looking for a product leader to deeply understand our customer needs and challenges and translate them into overarching product vision and workable requirements for our development team. You will engage with clients and subject matter experts and partner with engineering to ensure we are best prioritizing development work across our current and evolving product suite. Your analytical skills will ensure we evaluate requests based on data and actionable KPIs, and your critical reasoning capabilities will spot opportunities for product simplification and synergy across applications and services such that the entire development process can be more efficient. Through your ownership of the product roadmap, you will enable us to focus on extending or enhancing FSI services and capabilities to meet future product and business needs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be a missionary for our customers’ needs and challenges. Define the most impactful customer needs by developing relationships across a number of internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement prioritization framework to ensure we are shipping the most meaningful product
  • Produce product documentation and ensure the development organization has clear objectives
  • Use an effective combination of research, data, and product intuition to make timely decisions
  • Establish, review & monitor operational KPIs related to all things product, and report on the same on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence
  • Help build and mature our product organization. Continually refine & improve various internal processes related to product, including but not limited to new product release processes, feature request processes, internal & external feedback processes, decision processes for product investments, etc.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a product or business analytics role
  • Product management/ownership experience in scaling B2B SaaS organizations
  • Strong background in data-informed decision-making
  • Ability to narrate analytical results to teammates and executives in a useful, concise, and actionable way
  • A natural, deep curiosity that drives investigation and deep analysis and excitement to engage with end users and deeply understands customer needs
  • Able to weigh in on strategic needs across the org - looking for throughlines in product development
  • Entrepreneurial - flexibility when a process has not been established and ownership to build process when appropriate
  • Successful record of setting and meeting timelines and goals
  • Practical solution mindset
  • Ability to interface with all types of stakeholders, & partner with every single department
