Job Summary
We are growing our team by adding a Product Research Analyst for Swoop and IPM.ai, a division of Real Chemistry. The team's mission is to improve patient outcomes by radically accelerating the commercialization of life-saving therapies through advanced privacy-preserving data engineering, machine learning and AI automation at petabyte scale. Swoop and IPM.ai share a common technology platform and are the cornerstone of the product portfolio at Real Chemistry.
In the recent past, our team has enabled patients to learn about novel therapies, doctors to diagnose some of the rarest diseases on Earth, and promising biotechs to raise the capital to fuel continued innovation. We’ve literally helped the blind to regain sight. Our approach to big data, machine learning and AI is principled and unique. The world is in the early stages of a data/AI product revolution and our team is on the leading edge, defining the patterns for a new wave of systems to support the rapid creation, automation, and evolution of data/AI products and boosting the productivity of data engineers, data scientists and data analysts. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to define the state of the art for how teams around the world create data/AI products.
As a Product Research Analyst, you will be responsible for owning quantitative and qualitative research initiatives—from strategy through execution—in support of our product-market fit. As a highly cross-functional individual contributor, you will query big data, including RWE and SDOH, to find key insights that benefit multiple company objectives, and create research materials.
You will drive strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the companies with the goal of maximizing impact on both the internal stakeholders and external clients. You will work on the most critical products and projects within Swoop, IPM.ai, and Real Chemistry. You will have the opportunity, responsibility, and autonomy to significantly impact the growth of the company. Through healthcare data expertise and critical thinking, you will find solutions to thorny business challenges to unblock critical workstream across multiple products.
What You'll Do:
  • Take on multiple projects and drive tactical initiatives to convert the merits of our data into sound research for internal and external experts
  • Enjoy analyzing product performance and competitive landscapes to identify unserved needs and high impact market opportunity
  • Appreciate participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of healthcare research projects
  • Enjoy performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on markets, trends, products, and competitors
  • Can independently design and execute research strategies combining a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Are comfortable working on a high-performance team towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables
  • Are an entrepreneurial self-starter, curious about technology, healthcare, and business, and driven by delivering end-user value and impact
  • Have interest in healthcare, media, and technology
What You'll Have:
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree (Public Health, Analytics, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience working in Research, Public Health or similar
  • Strong writing and research skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Helpful: you have data management, SQL, Python and Statistics in professional setting
