Role Overview:
As Profitero’s product trainer, you will help employees obtain the knowledge they need to participate in the development, sales, and use of its various products and data sets. This will include creating curriculum, developing online learning modules, being a hands-on trainer, and monitor the overall effectiveness of training programs. This job is exclusively focused on training employees on various company products and how to understand our data (the role is geared toward training internal stakeholders, not training customers).
What you'll do:
- Designing, developing, and presenting training programs that educate employees on best practices or procedures related to Profitero’s tools and data
- Presenting training materials to new hires and current employees in the company
- Ensuring that all training materials are up to date and relevant to the company’s current offerings
- Maintaining current knowledge of the company’s offerings and competitors’ products
- Preparing for classes by creating syllabi, lesson plans, and digital materials
Who you are:
- Have at least 3 years related work experience
- Excellent communications & presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Tremendous attention to detail
- Ability to simplify complex terms
