The Human Resource (HR) Product Office sits within Corporate HR and plays an important role in propelling our transformation. Our mission is to enable the design and transformation of the overall experiences the HR function delivers to its customers. The organization will lead our efforts to identify outcomes, goals and measures of success across all of our products applying agile fundamentals, continuous discovery and a common set of data architecture and delivery tools. We will also steer the product workforce and talent strategy that is critical to our function's ability to successfully evolve as product organization.

The Product Workforce Transformation Associate will work with the Head of Product Workforce Transformation to initiate key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors, helping to define and guide our workforce talent strategy. This includes guiding towards the overall mix of skills/roles we need to deliver product outcomes via our product teams; hiring talent with the requisite skills; and establishing the philosophy and disciplines we will use to evaluate performance, develop our talent and enable careers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as owner/project manager for aspects of key deliverables related to product workforce transformation initiatives including by not limited hiring plans to secure key skills/talent; framework for delivering and tracking progress against coaching and development for our HR Product Managers; implementation of product job architecture within HR; updated/standardized job descriptions for product roles across HR
  • Partner with Head of Product Workforce Transformation and other Finance, HR Strategy and Product Office colleagues to understand best practices and recommend approaches related to topics such as how we evaluate product team performance; how we assess the maturity of our product organization
  • Partner with HR for HR Business Advisory and Talent Development colleagues on Product talent initiatives
  • Tracking relevant data, reporting on metrics and creating PowerPoint updates on priority work and key outcomes related to Workforce Transformation initiatives using agreed KPIs
  • Partner with other Product Office team members on joint projects; to provide inputs into overall product office scorecards; and on ad hoc needs that require our team to "swarm"
  • Build and maintain effective relationships including with product teams, Finance colleagues, Product office team members to deliver results that are aligned to our overall product team mission and the overall goals of the HR function's product operating model transformation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • You have an analytical mind and are adept at displaying key information/messages in a user-friendly way with strong presentation skills
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills
  • You operate with urgency to deliver results, with strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • You possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work independently and collaboratively
  • You do not get fazed by conflicting and changing priorities and recognize the value in iterating to an end goal/solution in an agile manner
  • You have very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support your ability to manage and execute on key projects/deliverables
  • You have functional knowledge of the HR domain and working understanding of product operating model
