Job description
Our client is looking for Production Assemblers to work with them! Temp-to-Hires also get the benefits that their employees get, like paid holidays, company events, PTO opportunities...and if there is a hurricane? You still get paid! Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with a willingness to cross-train and be a team player!
- Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and inspect parts and subassemblies
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read, and understand basic documents, drawings, and diagrams; capable of troubleshooting, testing, and repairing components
- Installing, uninstalling, and transporting equipment for assembly, testing, and packaging
- Completes required documentation and updates records required with the process
- Ensure the finished product meets specifications by utilizing appropriate work instructions, visual inspections, testing or measuring devices, or other tools and fixtures
- Maintain required inventory of parts and assemblies
- Analyze and resolve assembly/testing problems, request assistance from supervisor and quality as needed
- Perform required equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) and tool inspections in assigned area
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and frequently move around
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work on computers and other office equipment

- Capable of listening and following directions
- Ability to collect, organize and analyze data to make effective decisions
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while dealing with unforeseen changes or obstacles
- Understanding Lean concepts is a PLUS
- Working knowledge of ISO is a PLUS
- 1+ experience in electromechanical assembly or equivalent combination of education and experience required; over 2 years of experience is a PLUS
HOURS: 6AM - 3:30PM Monday-Thursday, 6AM-10AM Friday (as long as work is done)

- Must have reliable transportation
