Purpose Statement: Responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Must have a working knowledge of production standards and production goals. This position receives detailed instructions on all work and works under close supervision. It also works on assignments that are routine in nature. Has no role in decision-making, and is required to operate within established policies and procedures and to seek approval for deviations.

  • 4-5 hour shifts: Monday - Thursday: 5:30AM - 10:30AM; 10:30AM - 3:30PM
  • 2-10 hour shifts: 2 Days a week (Choose two Monday - Thursday): 5:30AM-3:30PM
  • Pay: $16.00 per hour

  • Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed.

Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.

  • One (1) to Two (2) years of related experience is preferredAn equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:

Basic Computer Skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of shift.

  • Ability to frequently reach at waist and occasionally above head.
  • Ability to carry up to 10lbs and lift up to 45lbs.
  • Ability to use fine motor skills and occasional use of hand tools.
