InfoSend, Inc. is a transactional print and mail company. We were founded in 1996 and we continue to grow. Have you ever received a water bill or medical statement? That probably came from us! We print and mail billing statements for healthcare or local municipalities.
The Envelope Production Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of work orders; procurement of raw materials and components for envelope support equipment, keeps track of the inventory and prepare PO’s in time. It is also responsible for communicating with our nation-wide facilities to provide materials in time and keep track of their needs to ensure their inventory is stocked.
The ideal candidate does not have to have experience in our industry because we will train! We want someone who is familiar with a production environment and experience with inventory controls. Due to the nature of the position, this position will be in frequent contact with our Directors at other sites and senior leadership. We are looking for someone who is professional, takes initiative, and is not afraid to ask questions!
Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Generate production documents for the manufacturing team
- Consult the Envelope Operations Manager for approval for new orders, PO’s etc.
- Work with inventory and Client Services teams to determine when orders for envelopes need to be created, and monitor inventory closely to ensure that envelopes remain in stock
- Work with clients and Client Services team members to look for opportunities to produce custom envelopes in-house, rather than outsourcing
- Work with CS and outside vendors to secure printing plates using client artwork
- Ensure that an appropriate amount of raw material inventory is maintained at all times
- Learn all relevant terminology and aspects of the envelope industry and production process
- Create a weekly updated production planning system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic math including use of fractions and measurements
- Experience working with Office and data entry/inventory programs
- Minimum of 2-3 years working in a production environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work multi-task
- Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
