Roles and Responsibilities:

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Implement critical thinking process as a basis of decision making

· Develop a plan which captures Sales data, Space utilization, production planning and timings as part of the decision-making process within the Production Plan

· Develop a process for Trialing New Products

· Be a resource to all teams

· Implement and drive the “continuous improvement process” mentality of “never be satisfied” and no “complacency allowed”

· Attend and participate in all meetings as required by Management

· Facilitate weekly Production meetings to include but not limited to:

o Prepare weekly Agenda

o Prepare all reporting data as required by Management

o Prepare and distribute all required reporting for the meeting

o Capture all action items from weekly meetings

o Review all actions item from previous meeting

o Maintain and update Action Item list to ensure execution

o Provide WTD Plan vs Actual production units from previous week

o Communicate any concerns regarding the production plan and the execution of achieving the weekly Production

o Any other role as required by Management

· Secure all Procurement which supports the Production plan

· Distribute and execute our monthly process of Inventory Count sheets for our Raw Material count as required by Management

· Work with and through our production teams to continuously improve our Raw Material Management process

· Be an advocate and strong voice for support and training for SBI utilization

· Drive and implement the SBI Production Module

· Drive the improvement process of our production planning while utilizing SBI as the resource

· Maintain and keep current all RM SBI Item codes

· Develop a process to ensure product Timings are updated and staying current within SBI

· Develop organizational skills that support and allow you to prepare and complete your deliverables

· Monitor and improve on-time delivery of RM’s

· Learn from others around you. Stay open minded to Leadership and management training to enhance business awareness

· Any other responsibilities as required by Management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Sitting: Remaining in a seated position for limited intervals of time.

· Stand: Remaining on one’s feet in an upright position.

· Walking: Moving about on foot throughout even and uneven terrain

· Lifting: Light raising or lowering up to 15 lbs

· Carrying: Transporting an object, usually holding it in the hands or arms

· Pushing: Limited requirement

· Pulling: Limited requirement

· Climbing: Ascending or descending steps and stairs.

· Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking and standing.

· Stooping: Limited bending

· Handling: Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands.

· Sensory Demands: Sensory demands include use of the computer, which may cause eyestrain.

· Mental Demands: Manage a number of requests and situations at one time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
