Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate Press (Must learn to run front and back sides of press)
• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record all defects and scrap
• Record pieces produced
• Complete all required paperwork
• Housekeeping
• Practice safety at all time
• Perform special instructions/request as determined by the supervisor

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds, 20 pounds occasionally
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
• Must be able to reach into press and pull parts from mold
• Must be able to stoop or bent to clean mold
• Must be willing to rotate jobs
• Must be able to run all compounds (silicone and organic)
• Attendance is mandatory and must be on time for work
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
• Must practice good housekeeping
• Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by supervisor
