Production Leader
Indianapolis, IN
As a Production Leader you will lead all aspects of manufacturing activities across multiple departments. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that current and future customers quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements are met for the designated commodity throughout the product life cycle.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and motivate the factory staff across multiple departments to deliver customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery.
- Develop and maximize the potential of staff through training, feedback and coaching to maintain a High-Performance Culture with everyday behaviors.
- Improve Value Stream performance through shaping a continuous improvement culture while managing SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost &People).
- Support the elements of the Rolls-Royce Production System that keep the Value Stream performing at a high level.
- Respond to demand changes, assess risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications.
- Communicate simply and effectively across multiple functions and work schedules to support execution of the manufacturing plans.
Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, OR
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, OR
- Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, OR
- JD/PhD, OR
- In lieu of a degree, 9+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
