· Production management: 5 years (Required)

Responsibilities

· Reporting to the CEO the Production Manager is responsible for the production and on-time shipment of PLX products to the required quality and specification

· Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

· Inventory Management through Epicor

· Supervise shipments to customers and vendors

· Issue PO Requisitions, coordinate and follow up with Purchasing

· Follow Employee Training Procedure

· Plan and organize production schedules

· Issue Standard Job Travelers to Team Leaders

· Assess projects and resources required for all special jobs

· Work closely with engineering and sales teams on all special jobs

· Supervising and managing the work of all production floor staff

· Organizing relevant training sessions with staff as needed

· Set production goals for each team member

· Develop and maintain workflow procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality

· Ensure adequate scheduling of staff

· Establish a balance between increased productivity and reducing cost of manufacturing operations

· Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires

· Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,483.66 - $115,581.31 per year
