ABOUT THE ROLE:

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a production operator to join our team. Individuals will operate various machines and complete various other tasks within their department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will perform various operations like sand blast, cutting, drilling, arbor presses, and pinning.
• Complete various machine maintenance.
• Inspect work using gaging and inspection devices to verify conformance to specifications.
• Meet expectations for productivity and quality and strive for continuous improvement.
• Follows guidelines established for work scheduling and understands delivery objectives.
• Participates in continuous improvement and lean activities.
• Good work ethic and maintain good attendance.
• Report any machine or process problems and variances to foreman.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• History of good work standards, good quality, and team participation.
• A willingness to learn new machining skills and increase your abilities.

Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
