Excellent Pay: Starting at $16 - $18/hourly based on experience

Essential Functions:
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
- Safely and properly operate pneumatic powered conveyer line to wash large plastic seed bins
- Conduct in-process quality checks
- Perform visual quality inspection to determine necessary seed bin repairs
- Repair seed bins using appropriate tools/techniques, inclusive of plastic welding
- Diagnose common equipment/product issues
- Accurately measure various production materials
- Pump products into or out of tanks, totes, drums, and jugs
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and production schedules
- Provide all relevant documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to maximize safety and production, and minimize downtime
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to recognize colors
- Hand/eye coordination
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of pumping/blending equipment, special hand tools, plastic welding, and industrial machinery a plus
- Forklift experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs
- Some positions require the ability to obtain a full-face respirator certification – no beards
