Job description

Position Summary:
A Production Team Member is responsible for producing quality parts at stated production rates utilizing standard work processes at each operation assigned daily. They report directly to the Production Supervisor on the shift.

Shift Structures:
8 Hours - 6am-2pm (Monday-Friday)

• With overtime as mandated*

Position Qualifications and Experience: Required:
1. Ability to read and interpret work instructions
2. Ability to use a computer
3. Ability to stand for entirety of shift
4. Ability to manipulate small parts with hands/fingers
5. Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs

Preferred:
1. High school diploma
2. Assembly and/or production experience

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Completion of assigned task as directed by the Line Lead and per the work instructions or provided deviation.
2. Work to the stated rate listed on the job while being mindful of all quality standards.
3. Record all documentation requirements accurately.
4. Record all Plex transactions accurately.
5. Report all production issues to the Line Lead.
6. Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
7. Support, promote and perform in a manner consistent with the continuous improvement goals established by the production unit.
8. Employees are expected to adhere to the SSI attendance policy, be able to work as a team, and exhibit a good attitude in support of all Quality Operating System (QOS) goals.
9. Employees are expected to provide effective and positive communication regarding production related issues to all team members, across all shifts.
10. Individuals directed by management to operate a vehicle for work purposes will observe the requirements of the Fleet Safety Program.
11. Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals and the values of SSI Technologies, Inc. which includes following the policies, procedures, and requirements of our Quality Management and IS0 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
12. All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
