What will your day look like? At Aerotech, you will:

  • Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software to determine production requirements and to monitor, analyze, and control production workflow
  • Schedule work orders based on production capacity, inventory levels, and ship-by dates
  • Analyze production trends to identify process improvements
  • Proactively identify and mitigate barriers to on-time production, such as part shortages, capacity issues and vendor delays
  • Coordinate between various departments to ensure on-time production
  • Prepare production packets for work orders
  • Conduct root cause analysis on scheduling delays


What will separate you from the rest? Experience with:

  • Creating charts, graphs, figures in support of data analysis
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees within the organization


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies, or related field of study.
  • At least 2 years of related experience and/or training in planning or purchasing preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
