Job Title: Production Team Member

New Starting pay of $15 per hour\$1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd *Effective 10/10/21*

Sign-On Bonus: $1000 (after 90 days of employment) **

Primary Function:

Support dry processing of Snack Food products through sorting, dipping, packing and weighing as well as assisting in other tasks, which prepare product for packaging.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw product for non-conformities in quality, box by weight and place on pallet to be stored for packaging.
• Label boxes by weight and product identification.
• Assist in the removal of casing and dipping of uncased products.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow GMP/HAACP procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned; may assist in other departments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and test scales.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.

Materials and Equipment:

• Metal screens.
• Product trees.
• Scales.
• Cardboard material.

Work Environment:

• Stand on concrete.
• Hot and cold temperatures.
• Fumes or odors.
• Wet.
• Noise.'
