The Production Assembler position is responsible for the assembly of raw parts and sub-assemblies by following in detail our standard work instructions.

TEAM MEMBER PERKS

  • Standard work schedule is Monday – Thursday 10 hours 5:00am – 3:00pm (Friday is for OT) NO WEEKENDS!
  • Pay rate: $20 hr.
  • Insurance benefits start the first day the month following start date

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Assembly and inspection of small parts and/or operation of machines to produce high quality products.
  • Responsible for being an active team participant in teamwork toward continuous improvement.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures.
  • Responsible for quality checks of the product to verify customer requirements are being met.
  • May be asked to perform some of the following off-line tasks including quality checks, down-time reporting, housekeeping duties, and time keeping.
  • Other work-related tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience preferred!
  • Excellent track record for attendance required – we need you here!
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office. We use our own business software called Infor. Need to view forms and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of tools a plus
  • Great attitude a must!
