• 2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:30pm / 3:00pm-11:30pm
• 3rd Shift 9:00pm-5:30am / 11:00pm-7:30am

Production Team Member at a glance

The Seasonal Production Team Member is responsible for general duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Additionally, this individual must possess a safety and quality oriented mindset and be willing to work in a team-oriented – fast paced – refrigerated environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Processing and handling of raw meat including beef pork and poultry
• Must be able to follow directives to ensure quality product while maintaining safety standards.
• Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Daily sanitation work and cleaning.
• Processing of regulated documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work in a meat-processing/raw foods environment
• Ability to be flexible with working 2nd shift or 3rdshift hours (see detailed hours above)
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing plant environment with heavy machinery and equipment including lift up to 50lbs (bend/carry/push/pull) and be able to do so continuously throughout an 8-hour shift; ability to stand for an entire 8-hour or 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures/wet environment working conditions
