The Advance Group has partnered with a New Boston company seeking Production Workers!
Production Worker Responsibilities:
- Various production duties such as: mixing, press operating, proofing & baking, freezing product, and packaging.
- Operate Machinery for pizza crust production.
- Monitor product quality standards.
Production Worker Requirements:
- Understanding the importance of product temperature and time.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- High school Diploma or GED are preferred
Production Worker hours:
- 1st shift -6am-2pm
- Must be available 7 days week, each week you will get rotating days off
- Available for weekends/ overtime as needed
Production Worker Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay is $14.00 per hour
- Weekly $2hr attendance bonus available!
- This is a temp to hire for the right candidate
- Pay increase upon hire!
