We are seeking Production Workers (in the area of Hamptonville, NC) for a contract to hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday (mandatory OT when needed), 8 hour shifts, all shifts available! Starting pay is $13.75+

Job Summary: Continuous manufacturing production & inspection on production line. Primary responsibility will be operation of production line machinery. Meet production rates & improvement targets.

Responsibilities, Duties and Physical Requirements:

• Primary responsibility will be operation of production line machinery with the ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications for set-ups and production run
• Inspection and packing of manufacturing materials
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25lbs with ability to stand/walk entirety of shift
• Must be open to non-climate-controlled conditions with extreme heat in summer

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good math skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
