Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will provide support to Project Director in the planning, organization and implementation of Project Pelichi. You will report to the Program Manager.
Primary Tasks:
You will plan schedules, maintain reports and confidential records, inventory, data entry.
You will prepare and format documents and assist staff inputting and editing project reporting.
You will assist staff during orientation and trainings.
You will provide general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks on a daily basis.
You will coordinate summer STEAM camps for Native students in grades five through twelve and STEAM Saturday's multiple times per year.
You will develop methods to improve program information distribution, collection, documentation or reporting procedures.
You will produce communications and documentations regarding status of projects.
You will establish working relationships with representatives from operations that are impacted by the implementation of the grant
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Oral and written communication skills
Self-initiating, and trustworthy
Familiarity with the implementation of federal grant programs and budgets
Must have ability to remain calm, be patient, and make sound decisions in diverse situations especially as they relate to youth education
Two years of directly related training and/or grant experience
