Muller Engineering is looking to expand our program management capabilities. The primary duty of this position is to assist in the management of projects and coordination in both the transportation and water resource industries. Technical design production is a critical element required to deliver a project, but is not the only one. With an emphasis on the business side of engineering and project management, the Muller Program Management Team helps our clients navigate complex project delivery challenges that exist in addition to technical design package development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide client support / owner’s representation services for standard and alternative delivery projects
• Support the preparation of memos, reports, utility, irrigation, and stakeholder agreements, and other documentation
• Support public and private stakeholder engagement and coordination with Federal, State and Local Agencies, as well as landowners
• Utilize management tools to support project scoping, funding, and scheduling
• Facilitate effective meetings and organize agendas, minutes, and presentation materials
• Desire to work within a team environment and provide outstanding internal and external client service
• Show initiative with an emphasis on the business side of engineering and program management

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or a closely related engineering field) from an accredited college or university
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate high level thinking, problem solving skills and excel at building and maintaining professional relationships

Required License or Certification:

• Engineering Intern (EI) in Colorado or other state

Salary range for this position is $70,000/yr - $80,000/yr dependent on experience
