- Building and maintaining cost models
- Developing budget profiles and spend plans
- Interfacing with Portfolio Leads
- Understanding of financials and correlation to program objectives and schedules
- Preparing point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets and other materials
- Would prefer if this PI3 could have the ability to submit into the financial systems; however, if not possible - then the PI3 will prepare data to assist the BFM in submissions.
Support includes but is not limited to:
• Development and maintenance of budget plans, acquisition artifacts, and programmatic artifacts;
• Execution of funding;
• Identifying and resolving Budget issues;
• Program management planning;
• Very strong Excel skills required to include formulas, pivot tables, and slicers;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced mission environment.
