Job Description
Cognosante is looking for a motivated, Program Integrity Training & Documentation Specialist with strong logic and interpersonal skills who is up for the challenge of joining a high-performing team. The Training & Documentation Specialist will work with the entire team implementing Program Integrity Program to ensure that the team is creating an innovative repeatable process and educating our client on the capabilities and how to utilize them. The Training & Documentation Specialist will lead the creation of training and documentation implementation for the end-to-end Program Integrity solution by taking into consideration the client’s business case, objectives, requirements, constraints, technology landscape, and technology standards on multiple platforms and training mediums. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
  • Ensure implementation of all key deliverables in the SLA that focus on Program Integrity Training
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement
  • Effectively communicate with team members and management
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices
  • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation
  • Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
  • Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and non-technical users
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking of documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables
  • Maintain a library of application documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (4 years of relevant work experience can substitute degree)
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in training and development management
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic and creative mindset
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Minimum four (4) years’ technical writing experience:
    • Preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
    • Gathering and analyzing technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
    • Writing, formatting, editing, reviewing, and proofing procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
    • Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
    • Maintaining a library of application documentation and cataloging it for internal and/or external use.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with medical claim investigation, financial impact analysis, business analysis, compliance or fraud and abuse experience
  • One (1) or more years of experience with Alivia or other program integrity platforms or Medicaid Program Integrity organizations
  • Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
  • Agile/Scrum Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma
Compensation
$34.92 - $56.39
The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may will be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
