Program Summary:

The Cornerstone group home provides psycho-social rehabilitation to 9 adults following the Medicaid Rehab Option model. Cornerstone is a home-like, therapeutic program with staffing onsite 24hrs a day.

Position Summary:

The Program Manager 2 is responsible for the oversight of daily programmatic operations including: program development, supervision, staff training, quality assurance and program evaluation. The Program Manager provides supervision to case managers and residential aide staff.

This position is exempt and works under the supervision of the Program Director 2. The eligible candidate for the Cornerstone, Program Manager 2 position will work full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday with flexibility to meet the needs of the program and participate in on-call responsibilities for the program/Behavioral Health department.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience managing a 24/hr. residential program, be highly organized, have proven leadership abilities, and be able to effectively manage multiple priorities. Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position.

Salary range is 63,000-73,000/yearly based on degree/licensure & experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a human service discipline; Master's degree with full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC) strongly preferred
• 4+ years relevant experience in a mental health service-related position
• 2 years of experience must be in a supervisory position
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Orientation:
