The Federal Occupation Health (FOH) Clinical Occupational Health Support Services program supports the National Capital Region requirement to acquire occupational health professionals to support the mission of FOH under the Department of Health and Human Services. FOH provides Occupational Health and Safety services throughout the Federal Government.

Location: At a minimum there shall be a Program Manager co-located in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Contractor will recruit, hire, and retain qualified and competent Personal Service Contractors to include Area Clinical Managers (ACMs), Physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Nurse Coordinators (NCs), Staff Nurses (SNs), Medical Administrative Support Staff (MASS), Medical Technical Assistants, and other professionals as necessary.

Specific Tasks:

The Program Manager shall be responsible for:

  • Credentialing: maintain complete and up-to-date credential files as specifically outlined and directed by FOH policies and procedures for all Personal Service Contractors (PerSCs).
  • PRN PerSCs: maintain an adequate PRN pool to supplement the PerSCs for ad-hoc hours as well as substitutes for steady-state hours when assigned PerSC is on vacation, sick, or is other wise unavailable as identified on the Site Staffing Plan.
  • Consistency of Staff: furnish the same PerSC for each day's performance for hours identified as essential steady-state on the site staffing plan.
  • Provide project planning expertise.
  • Perform project scheduling and task breakdown.
  • Identify project requirements.
  • Provide change and version control.
  • Track project issues, problems, and risks.
  • Assess and manage risks.
  • The Project Manager (PM) shall develop project plans.
  • Provide the Government insight into the successful execution of the applicable project.
  • The Project Manager will use ACI Federal's Quality Control Plan and will provide performance and quality indicators that provide visibility into developing trends and to forecast potential/future problems/risks related to cost, resources, quality, and schedule.

Education and Training

The Program Manager shall possess a College Degree and at least five (5) years of relevant experience, including demonstrated proficiency in personnel management, data collection and analysis, knowledge to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point or newer data collection and analytic application, and are able to proofread and correct documents for spelling grammar. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
