Program Manager – Mental Health Counselor/Supervisor

Cancer Support Community North Texas, a leading area non-profit providing free cancer support, has a career opportunity for a Program Manager at our Dallas location.

Our Mission is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community.

The Program Manager manages, coordinates and implements daily program operations. Responsibilities include onboarding new participants, facilitating support/networking groups, implementing the outreach program, being an organizational spokesperson, assisting in monthly calendar development, event planning, and managing volunteers.

Position requirements:

• A Master’s level, licensed mental health professional (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, etc.) with 3 plus years postgraduate clinical and management experience preferred.
• Warm, outgoing, energetic personality
• Experience facilitating groups and providing individual counseling
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize efforts
• Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
