You'll Get To....

  • Use the Leadership, Management & Accountability framework for the TXOR program. This will result in knowledgeable and engaged staff members who are able to provide Match Grant services to newly arrived clients.
  • Maintain a client caseload by providing comprehensive intake, assessment, service planning, coaching, orientation, and other necessary services to meet the unique needs of each case.
  • Monitor services to ensure that all clients receive necessary services and support. You will also ensure staff are given the tools, training, supervision, and resources to facilitate clients’ early self-sufficiency.

Are you the next Program Manager?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Bilingual skills in a common client language (Spanish) are preferred.
  • Experience working with refugees strongly preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
  • Eagerness to help clients towards self-sufficiency.
  • Strategic thinker who can align behind a compelling mission and set of goals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-Time position with a salary range of $58,000-$65,000, based on skills and experience.

  • 16 paid Holidays (including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year's Day)
