As one of NOAA's top contractors, ISS is seeking a Program Support & Operations Specialist to support National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This position will provide direct support to the National Oceanographic Partnership Program (NOPP), which includes members of NOAA, NASA, National Science Foundation, and the US Navy.
Where you will be: The NOPP Office will run primarily in a virtual and a laptop/system will be issued to you, however, there will be the requirement to attend routine meetings in-person in the immediate DC Metro area.
What you'll do:
- Support the administrative operations of the office including technical website and social media functionality
- Maintain the NOPP archives
- Coordinate the meeting, conference, and exhibit logistics
What you must have:
- BA/BS
- Administrative experience including document editing, budget tracking, reporting, records management
- Ability to take notes at NOPP meetings, forums and workshops
- Experience with office management systems and procedures

The admin stuff: You must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a Public Trust investigation from the U.S. government.
