Job description
- Limited experience with complex relational database designs.
- Familiarity with query languages such as SQL.
- Experience with software development in medium to large application environments.
- Ability to work with a senior developer and as part of a team.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable documenting business processes, project requirements, and design specs.
- Modest technical development skills background.
- Limited programming experience in Human Resources, Financial, or Student Administration systems or other large ERP systems.
- Limited experience in an education organization.
- Limited experience developing a test plan.
- Limited PeopleSoft experience. Training in PeopleSoft proprietary development tools will be provided if needed.
