We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join the management team at Sky Zone Charleston. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, organizing, management and growth of our existing programs as well as developing new programs that support the Sky Zone culture and vision. This person will be in charge of creating budgets and operating plans for the programs. Our programs include After School, Sky Camp, Little Leapers, GLOW, Sky Wars and Homeschool Hop. We also have sports leagues that we are looking to develop. In order to be successful, you will need to have experience prior experience in both program management and working with children. This position needs someone who can exhibit composure and build relationships with customers while staying on task. Most importantly, the Program Coordinator needs to share the Sky Zone Charleston vision with employees and customers. This position will report to the General Manager and owners.

The Program Coordinator will be also involved in all daily management activities of the park with MOD (manager on duty) shifts. This includes managing the employees and environment to ensure smooth operation and a seamless customer experience. During the General Manager's or Assistant Manager's absence, the Program Coordinator will also work closely with the owners to complete assignments that will help meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have with 2+ years' of program development and/or working with children's programs, a polished yet friendly communication style, effective and supportive management style, commitment to the highest standards possible in any situation, proven track record of reliability, a great sense of initiative and problem solving skills.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience managing children's programs

Highly organized

Experience with program/event creation and management

Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences — and results — through team development

Experience with diplomatically managing multiple commitments to customers, staff, and operations

Background managing/working with teenagers and young adults

Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Drivers license with a clean driving record

Candidates will need reliable transportation, ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Compensation:

$42,000 + Bonus opportunities
