The Project Analyst will help drive the successful and efficient execution of the Technology & Healthcare Industry Groups’ various initiatives. This Project Analyst will join the team of Industry Group professionals and help them win more strategic opportunities and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and information to better serve existing clients.

Reporting to the Tech & Healthcare Industry Group Leaders, the Project Analyst will provide support and coordination on multiple initiatives. This requires developing strong working relationships with the Tech & Healthcare Industry Groups’ core teams, Marketing Leaders, and other key resources throughout the organization. Key skills required include excellent project management capabilities; proficiency at understanding financials and how to use them to inform business strategy; serving as lead liaison between subject matter professionals and L&D to facilitate the development and launch of industry and technical curriculum; coordination of monthly and/or quarterly industry leadership calls; and the development of various industry management reports to help senior leadership identify competitive and market intelligence, white space opportunities, and new business/sales opportunities across BDO business lines.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree, required

Experience
  • Two (2) or more years of professional experience in project/data analysis role, required
  • Demonstrated experience applying analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required
  • Interest in technology and/or healthcare industries, preferred

Software:
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, required
  • Microsoft PowerBI and SharePoint, preferred

Other knowledge, skills, and ability:
  • Experience working with online research tools and databases including ZoomInfo, Hoovers, APQC, IBISWorld, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment
  • Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
