Job description

• Demonstrate experience with facility projects, planning, organizing, directing day to day management of facility projects the Air Force; (minimum 3 years of MAJCOM & Base level experience, 3 years of MAJCOM experience preferred).
• Deonstrate experience with MAJCOM operations and MAJCOM Beddown Actions. Beddown Actions include, but not limited to the following: organize, direct, and coordinate day-to-day management of facility projects that involve teams of engineers, architects, various technical and management specialists, space utilization studies for base facilities, recommends most efficient means of using the space, designing/ordering/managing systems furniture, managing/coordinating personnel moves, submitting and managing work orders, and other facility related activities.
• Demonstrate experience with planning, budgeting and data management.
• Demonstrate experience in designing, installation, and reconfiguration of office systems furniture and executive level furniture.
• Possess ability to plan, organize, and lead others, record and manage the processes and documentation, and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve resources, and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiates complex issues; and maintains good working relationships.

Possess a SECRET clearance or higher and must be US citizens,

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
