We are deploying infrastructure for 5G Networks. A telecommunications startup focused on efficient and strategic support to the nationwide 5G deployment, helping OEMs and operators achieve enhanced connectivity for their networks.
Our innovative and growing company is hiring for a project control analyst. The Project Controls Analyst will provide project control management for schedule and cost, including baseline development and management, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, earned value management guidance and tools.
Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze complex project schedules and provides opinions, advice and reports as necessary on project progress predictions of the work moving forward
  • Establish and maintain project records, including schedule, logs, change orders, project documentation
  • Review contractor change order requests, monitor contractor progress, review & process change orders
  • Hold weekly meetings, and coordinate and communicate effectively with the team
  • Perform other duties as required/directed
  • Develops and implements appropriate project controls tools, templates, systems
  • Develops and maintains projects estimates
  • Obtains detailed project data to develop integrated project schedules
  • Creates and maintains program financial analysis and reporting, including percent spent, remaining budget, funding expiration projections
  • Support and consult with project managers and deployment managers on project issues, status and tracking requirements
  • Develop and maintain professional and effective client relationships
  • Identify ways to reduce costs while improving control measures
  • Develops and implements reporting procedures to review project status and valuation of work in progress, tracking procedures for contract deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum of 3 years creating and analyzing financial data
  • Experience working with technical project management teams
  • Scope control and change management
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Assists in implementing project plans under the direction of others in the project
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive timelines and effectively adapt to changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed Oriented
