Overview:
DLH is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to Support Principal Investigators with the day-to-day coordination of military medical research projects within the US Army’s Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC). The Project Coordinator will perform functional requirements and include a broad range of assignments performing analytical and/or technical requirements and analysis.

*This position is a hybrid role.*
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Research teams to plan and schedule appropriate tasks
  • Develop and document the project/research plan
  • Collect and file various documentation in online systems
  • Review research proposals and reports and provide feedback to supported government staff
  • Coordinate, facilitate, schedule and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports for project planning, project initiation, status reviews and after-action meetings
  • Document and track schedule and deliverables and in collaboration with the Principal Investigators (PI) make appropriate changes
  • Review research project documents in sufficient detail become familiar with all aspects of the project, particularly those factors that affect a project’s cost, schedule, and performance

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of progressively responsible project/research management experience required
  • Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Possess at a minimum Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
  • Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Project Management Software applications, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Software
Security Clearance:
Existing IT/ADP III Public Trust clearance level and above or ability to obtain an IT/ADP III Public Trust.
