ROLE: Project Coordinator

FUNCTION: Operations

REPORTS TO: Senior Project Coordinator

Currently our portfolio consists of Paris Painting which is one of the largest residential repaint companies in the US,
Haven Builders a residential interior and exterior reconstruction company, and Paperboy Marketing. As we scale these entities we will continue to be investing in additional startups and real estate synergistic to our holdings.

NUMBERS: GROSS MARGIN | PRODUCED REVENUE | CUSTOMER NET PROMOTER

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
1. Serving our customers through their journey from when the job is assigned through completion of their project.
2. Assisting our Project Managers, Sales & Estimating Manager, and Director of Operations with administrative tasks for each project.
3. Responsible for answering and directing all phone calls routed from the main office line.
4. Daily compliance & file management with DASH & our Direct Repair Programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Making introduction calls to clients to greet them as support staff from our office for their project.
✔ Taking incoming calls from clients and vendors to help them with their questions and project needs until we know the question is resolved or the need is met.
✔ Supporting our project managers with administrative tasks in DASH.
✔ Supporting our project managers with follow up to material orders.
✔ Invoicing clients based on project completion & following up on collections
✔ Paying vendor invoices based on approval from Project Managers
✔ Onboarding tradesmen into DASH and completing their paperwork.
✔ Scheduling in house labor team.
✔ Creating DASH job files.
✔ Scheduling initial project inspections for Direct Repair Programs
✔ Attending a weekly production meeting with your assigned Project Manager to maintain file compliance

✔ Attending a weekly meeting with your supervisor for goal alignment, support, and problem solving.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available to be in the office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• Periodic on-call rotation for Direct Repair Program (Spiff Compensation).
• Able to pass criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in construction/restoration (preferred)
• Microsoft proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Minneapolis, MN 55429: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
