General Description:

This role will be responsible for supporting, planning, and coordinating Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC), Supply Chain, and Quality projects within Technical Operations. The Project Coordinator will work with cross functional teams, serving as a point person in building Smart Sheets to track various cross functional activities, supporting users with cross functional tools, and support to various efficiency and Operational Excellence initiatives. Establishing strong working relationships within Technical Operations, the role is being created to advance drug development candidates that require detailed project schedules to ensure successful timely development.

Skills & Experience:

  • A Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Scientific, Engineering or Technical field is essential. 0-4 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology environment would be desirable.
  • Attitude, desire for learning, customer support, aptitude for systems/collaboration tools; as example Smart Sheet, MS Teams, One Note.
  • The candidate must possess excellent communications skills and work closely with subject matter experts. Ability to coordinate technical cross-functional teams with good people management skills is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates/maintains content trackers on Smart sheets
  • Supporting users with various collaborative tools such as OneNote, MS Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Whiteboarding tools
  • Assists in maintaining dashboards and timelines
  • Help migrating files to Teams repository
  • Early-stage project allocation plans, inventory, and supply tracking
  • Migrating Reg submission documents to Veeva
  • Facilitate standalone meetings
  • Managing basic POs
  • Maintains good communication and working relationships with individuals across functional groups
  • Assist with coordinating the status of regulatory project deliverables across functional areas

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
