Job description
The purpose of this position is to provide support and coordination to the Deployment team by performing administrative and back-office duties requiring high-level and analytical skills, perform daily project-specific assignments as directed by the Project Manager and Director of S&S New Technology, such as vendor and associate scheduling and all related internal/external correspondence, component integration and shipping, technology database entry and more.

This role is based in Leawood, Kansas.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Support Project Manager, Director, and VP of S&S New Technology
  • Maintain project purchasing records
  • Extract, analyze, and prepare information for deeper analysis and/or for meetings with department head
  • Manage special sidebar projects
  • Project schedule maintenance and meeting notes
What we need from you:
  • Associate degree or commensurate experience
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience and/or exposure to PMI (external candidates)
  • 2+ years of AMC experience with direct field contact (internal candidates)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, including advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data
  • Ability to interact with senior management, external vendors, and guests in a tactful and effective manner
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, when necessary, in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative yet function well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective and consistent verbal communication skills
