LPA is seeking a passionate Project Designer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners.

You will be working with directors and principals in the studio and across the firm. We are looking to you to help us continue to develop our talented designers and engineers.

What you will do:

    • You will lead the project design and partner with the Design Director, Project Architect and the Project Manager to develop innovative design solutions
    • Prepare presentations and documentation in the programming and schematic design phase with the pursuit of final client approval
    • Develop and create design solutions with the client and team in support of the LPA brand
    • Research product and construction methods related to the project
    • Mentor your team members and help to train and upskill them.

Project Designer Experience:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
    • Architecture License in CA required or ability to get CA license within six months
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge in Revit and Rhino preferred.
    • Strong conceptual design ability and advanced graphic presentation skills
