This role will provide leadership and ongoing support for existing and new Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS Supply chain projects including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Advanced Supply chain modules. Experience working with Healthcare clients such as hospitals and long term care facilities is plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

Resource will direct and lead resources for the design of the solution based on customer’s business requirements.

Resource will work with other cross-functional resources to ensure the solution is optimal for other cross-functional business functions.

Resource will direct and manage project deliverables from project resources.

Resource will use his knowledge and his work experience about Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS to lead project functional and technical resources and create optimal configuration for the client’s business requirements.

Resource will work with Highstreets's Center of Excellence team to design customer solutions and identify resource staffing requirements along with effort estimates. The person should also manage other consultants to deliver the optimal solution for clients.

Resource must be willing to travel to client locations as needed.

Resource will work with the client to identify additional business opportunities, define the scope and effort estimates for the additional opportunity. The resource will also work with the client to complete the contractual paperwork.

Resource will work with the client to resolve client satisfaction issues including the timeliness and quality of the deliverables and payments.

EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

Multiple Oracle Cloud ERP Supply chain implementations, EBS Supply Chain implementations including complex Oracle Advanced Supply Chain planning implementations.

Strong cross- functional experience with multiple Oracle Cloud ERP business application including Oracle Supply Chain modules and cross-functional touch points.

A good understanding of Oracle Technical integration tools and approaches.

Project Management experience required.

Experience with Supply Chain Management application implementation in Hospital or other similar healthcare industry.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency

Demonstrate solid leadership qualities and take ownership of assigned tasks

Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion

Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities

Capacity to work well independently, as well as in a team, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and foster a team environment

Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management, principal/customer relationship management and planning

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience with defining and directing Oracle Supply Chain Application configurations.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
