Engineering Documentation  Proficient in Technical Documentation  Follow technical documentation workflow process and able to create documentation management system  Maintain projects/technical library folder structure and Functional Locations in potential tool  Collection of technical documentation from various sources (Share Point, OEM Handover, Vendor engagement)  Bulk upload and Publish Features on Technical Documentation  3D files managing in Project wise Tool  De-duplication of documents, Renaming, Identify latest revision of a drawing/document  Manage User Access  Monthly System Health Check-ups  Linking of documents to appropriate Functional Locations/Equipment  Help Site for Plant’s Tech document digitization and become site owner for this role. Assist in the description of each project and defining & development the scope for customer’s Projects  Multi discipline coordination  Assist in the project development  Assist in the customer for from start to end of the project cycle.  Support for the company in the contracting and monitoring of construction activities.  Communicate plant requirements and monitor all contractors ensuring plant procedures are followed.  Coordinate and schedule construction activities and coordinate with plant operations.  Assist in the development and execution of IQ/OQ documents  Coordinate start up activities with vendors, contractors and plant start up teams.  Engineering experience.  Experience in Pharma Plant Industry.  MS Project.  Coordination with contractors and Engineers
