We are seeking a Project Manager, preferably with PMP Certification to join our existing project management department, this position will be based out of our Monticello, MS or Slaughter, LA office with some potential to work remotely. Some travel will be required.

Primary responsibilities will be to coordinate and manage engineering and technical development production for key client projects for water intake screens, buckets, and grapples.

• Oversees various aspects of workflow, staffing, budget allocation, scheduling and completion of the assigned project.
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project.
• Facilitates and contributes to the understanding of the project specifications and plans. Assures that the equipment meets the design criteria required of water intake screens, buckets, and grapples.
• Works with a design team to create design sketches, layouts, and plans.
• Measures project Performance using appropriate tools.
• Manages the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
• Develops and updates SOPs as necessary.
• Ensures compliance with guidelines, best practices, and policies.
• Collaborates with operations to identify and troubleshoot problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
