SUMMARY:

An enterprise project manager is needed to act as a full time resource dedicated to complex strategic projects. This role will take on all PM responsibilities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope – freeing up functional PMs to resume their role responsibilities outside of the project.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • The PM is responsible for planning and implementing projects.
    • Develop project charter
    • Identify stakeholders and plan stakeholder engagement
    • Define scope and gather requirements
    • Create a work breakdown structure: define and sequence activities, estimate activity resources, estimate activity durations, and develop schedule
    • Plan risk management strategy: Identify risks, perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and plan risk responses
    • Plan and implement a project communication plan
    • Direct and manage project work, quality, resources, stakeholder engagement, communication plan, procurements and implement risk responses
    • Monitor and control project work throughout the project management lifecycle
    • Define and implement integrated change control
    • Update project artifacts throughout the project management lifecycle
    • Secure stakeholder acceptance of project deliverables
    • Conduct project lessons learned
  • Assist in training of functional project managers
  • Manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
  • Partner with BSA's to deliver technical projects

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 5-10 years of Project Management Experience
  • Bachelors degree desired but not required
  • Agile, waterfall, and hybrid PM methodologies
  • PMP, CSM, or any other PM credential
  • Nice to have – Experience implementing agile methodology
