We are hiring a Project Manager to join our growing team in Central Florida area for long term employment and growth opportunities. It is preferred that Candidate have at least 5-years of luxury residential construction experience including project scheduling, on-site project management, and background construction management applications. The individual must demonstrate technical expertise, effective time management, exceptional customer service, while providing clients with the best possible homebuilding experience.

General Responsibilities:

Project Manager

Provide exceptional office and field support to HardwickGC Staff, Trade Partners, Suppliers & Clients

  • Develop preliminary schedules in Construction Online (COL) for all jobs prior to start.
  • Coordinate and record all project activities through the HardwickGC COL Team Site, MS Teams and Shared Directories daily (Schedule updates, Applicable Project Files, Daily Reports/Logs, Change Orders, To-Do’s, Punch Lists).
  • Ensure project schedule milestones are met and/or exceeded.
  • Ensure project profitability targets are met and/or exceeded.
  • Ensure exceptional quality of work on every project.
  • Ensure ALL clients are completely satisfied with their project and support.

Managing Construction Operations with Company Owner (GM) and Staff

  • Facilitate daily production “Teams” each morning and organize weekly Dashboard meetings.
  • Coordinate project status daily with Project Coordinators (COR).
  • Maintain project schedules and report project status (Schedule, Budget, etc.) weekly.
  • Maintain continuous communication with GM, clients, trade partners, and team/office staff.
  • Enforce ALL project processes are properly completed per HGC checklists.
  • Code Invoices with COR and/or CFO at weekly Dashboard meetings.
  • Report time & expenses each week on HGC time sheets to Office Staff on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure Subcontracts are in place before Trade Partner work is started and that Trade Partners are operating per the Subcontract Agreement.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and HardwickGC (HGC) safety requirements.
  • Immediately correct and report and potential unsafe work conditions, productivity issues, and coordination issues to Owners as soon as possible.
  • Ensure HGC punch-out process is completed prior to ProHome Orientation and complete the PH Schedule A within 3-weeks of receipt.

Support Company Green Building Initiatives

  • Partner with Third Party Certifying agents to ensure certification objectives are met.
  • Ensure each member of the construction team (HGC and Trade Partners) is complying with the appropriate certification standard, and providing documentation required FGBC compliance items.
  • Research and propose inventive Building Science technologies or improved construction processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
