We manage recycling operations for reprocessed and biomass materials that create a circular economy.

Considering our recent and future acquisitions and organic growth initiatives, we’re growing our team. As such INDEVCO North America is seeking a
self-motivated Project Manager to join our Team in Doswell, VA (about 20 minutes north of Richmond VA).


The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, timelines, schedules, meetings, task assignments, and progress communication
  • Coordinating program and project teams for optimal results
  • Identifying key requirements and tasks needed for success
  • Working with team members to identify risks and opportunities
  • Proactively leading and managing program tollgates, risks, issues, mitigation plans, dependencies, and continuous improvement actions
  • Developing and maintaining reporting procedures and monitoring performance


Required Attributes:

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills (interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written)
  • Ability to plan and lead cross-functional meetings
  • Proficient with project management tools as well as other productivity tools and MS Office
  • Ability to direct and drive complex project efforts to completion
  • Ability to provide competent and proactive leadership
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships
  • Sound business acumen and good judgment
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical & problems solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, with a resilient mindset


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical function required, e.g., engineering, science, math, Finance,
  • MS or MBA preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management
  • Acquisition Integration experience
  • PMP and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Experience with Building Materials or Packaging would be a big plus
