Job Title: Project Manager
Pay Rate: $30 to 35/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Raleigh, NC

Mon-Friday (8am- 5pm)

This position is for the Non-Switching Products & Systems division.

Does not require employees to be vaccinated

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consults with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
• Clarifies customers´ targets and requirements, and/or specifications in a request for proposal (RFP).
• Prepares participation in tender and leads negotiation with customers.
• Coordinates overall planning of the project and decides on the allocation of resources.
• Profit/Loss responsibility for assigned projects
• Efficiently manages multiple projects at once to maintain Schedule, Customer Satisfaction & Financial Responsibilities
• Clarifies specification and continuously liaise with accountable Project Manager Internal.
• Monitors milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance costs.
• Maintains constant communication with customers, outside contractors, or other stakeholders
• May coordinate agreed to commission measures on site, together with Site Engineering Management.
• Adheres to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g., Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS)
• Activities include scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity, forecast, and reoccurring reporting to management.
• Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff. Financial performance and business risk for small projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/ Engineering / Business or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Quality Management & Managing a Global Team
• Excellent communication, leadership, team building & customer-facing skills
• Basic level of professional judgment competence.
• Improves processes within a specialized area.
• Impacts team results.
• Legally authorized for employment in the USA without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Project Management Certifications Preferred ++/ a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
